Practice 01

Space systems

Space segment engineering as a service — architecture, spacecraft, payload, launch and the ground segment that keeps them useful.

We do not build our own constellation. We make yours work.

That is a deliberate choice. A supplier with its own fleet has a conflict of interest in every trade study. We are measured on the first image, the first pass and the first tasking cycle that works — not on how many satellites carry our name.

Payload integration and environmental test campaign — spacecraft bus, AIT and acceptance.
03Deliverables
01

Constellation architecture

Orbit selection, coverage and revisit analysis, constellation sizing, spectrum and interference planning, and the cost model that decides how many satellites you can actually afford to sustain.
02

Spacecraft & payload engineering

Bus selection or development support, payload accommodation, thermal, power and data budgets, AIT planning, and environmental test campaign management through acceptance.
03

Launch & mission integration

Launch vehicle trade studies, dispersion and collision avoidance analysis, separation and deployment sequencing, licensing support, and on-console support through the campaign.
04

Ground segment & TT&C

Antenna site selection, link budgets, modem and baseband integration, mission control software, and the ground network that turns passes into products.
05

Operations support

Commissioning support, procedure development, anomaly resolution, configuration control, and the training that makes a national team independent of us.
04Lifecycle

Seven gates. We join at whichever one is still open.

P0
Concept
Mission need, orbit and coverage trade space
P1
Preliminary design
Architecture baseline, budgets, interface control
P2
Critical design
Frozen design, qualification plan, supply chain locked
P3
AIT
Assembly, integration and environmental test
P4
Launch
Campaign, range safety, separation and early orbit
P5
Commissioning
In-orbit test, calibration, acceptance
P6
Operations
Sustainment, anomaly resolution, capability growth
The measure of a space program is not the launch. It is the third year of operations — run by a team that no longer needs the integrator in the room.

Start with the mission problem, not the product.

Send us the constraint you cannot solve — orbit, bandwidth, latency, clearance or budget. We will tell you within a week whether we can help, and what it would take.
